Our room rates allow for two people sleeping in a queen bed.
For additional beds the cost is $20.00 per sleeping space or $8.00 per cot.

Tariffs will vary during the year where Peak Periods apply to long weekends, special sporting events such as Ironman, school holidays and the Christmas holiday period. The Low Period tariff applies outside those Peak Periods.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures
If you are scheduled to arrive earlier than 2.00 pm and would like to have immediate access to your room, or apartment, we recommend reserving the night prior to arrival. For late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee the use of your room until you leave the Motel. If you choose not to reserve the additional night, we will be happy to store your luggage until it can be collected.

Prepayment and Guarantee
All reservations are prepaid or Guaranteed with a major credit card upon confirmation. The amount charged to your credit card is the total accommodation cost for the period reserved, including government taxes.

Cancellation Policy
If you have to change or cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not give us at least 24 or 48 hours notification (depending on the terms of the booking) or fail to show up, one nights accommodation will be charged against your credit card. Please refer to the cancellation policy listed in bookings.

Reservation Changes
Requests for changes to length of reservation, dates or Suite types are subject to availability and may result in a rate change.
If the change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, normal cancellation and refund policies apply.
The Motel reserves the right to apply an administration fee if the change is made outside of the time requirement and/or directly or indirectly results in lost revenue.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms, pool and spa. We appreciate your understanding. Smoking is permitted in public open-air spaces and the balconies outside and adjoining the rooms. If there is evidence that smoking has occured in the room a cleaning fee of up to $100.00 will be charged against your credit card.
 
No Pets Policy
For the comfort of all guests we do not permit pets in any area within the motel and apartments.
